Fancy-Type class .caps breaks in Safari and possibly IE6/7

Reported by Oli | April 17th, 2009 @ 02:34 AM

The .caps class in Blueprint's Fancy-Type plugin uses font-variant:small-caps; and this is not supported in Safari until 3.1.2, where even then it's rendered far too small.

Further, there is apparently a IE6/7 bug that ignores text-transform:lowercase; when used in tandem with font-variant:small-caps;

    .caps is sort of a "progressive enhancement" feature. It's not intended for regular use. For this reason, I'm going to close this ticket without action.
